Overview

A unique project that required the design and delivery of a new centralised workspace environment to amalgamate Cigna employees from both their Glasgow and Greenock offices. Alpha delivered four floors of dynamic office space providing key design input to encourage employee engagement and workplace satisfaction. This included open plan office space as well as meeting rooms and private offices.

The Alpha team also created a WorkCafe concept which helped Cigna’s workspace simultaneously engage with employees and maximise the available agile working space for spontaneous collaboration as well as formal meetings.
