This was a complete new fit-out and re-designed building, and a very unique site as the building had been left standing idle for a number of years before the Central Bank purchased it. Alpha successfully won the ‘Commercial Office Furniture Supply and Install’ contract, and worked closely with the client, architect, electrical and data consultants and main contractor, WALLS to carry out our components of the contract. We supplied and installed over 1,451 workstations over nine floors. Due to the site conditions and restricted access, we delivered our furniture at night when most of the other contractors were off site and then we could install the desking and storage during the day.
