Ground Floor Staff Collaboration / Breakout Space

In addition to the initial design and fit-out of their Belfast offices, the team worked closely with Allstate to realise a post-pandemic vision of creating a dynamic space for their staff to socialise and collaborate.

Together, we transformed one of the large open-plan offices located on the ground floor into a fresh multipurpose space fit for work and play.

A mixture of collaboration tables, low and standing height meetings, town hall spaces integrated with more social, gaming, pool tables and football machines, somewhere where the staff can meet colleagues and have some downtime.

Alpha created a series of internal interconnected zones some of which were divided with hanging acoustic baffles and acoustic ceiling fins.

Bespoke bleacher seats created an informal tiered gallery and bespoke housing for the arcade games.

The interior space was completed with cut vinyl graphics from the OTW team.
