Vision
The vision for Chancery Hotel was to create an environment where luxury meets functionality, providing guests with an unforgettable experience. Each design choice and installation was made to enhance comfort, aesthetic appeal, and practical use, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay.
Scope of Work
Bespoke Bedroom Design: Custom solutions were crafted for each of the 150 rooms, including those with non-standard layouts. High-end finishes like smoked mirrors, and door-less wardrobes contribute to an open and spacious feel, while the combination of slatted oak panels and textured wall coverings on headboards adds warmth and modern elegance.
Curtain Installation: Alpha managed the supply and installation of all curtains, paying meticulous attention to ensure a perfect fit, especially crucial in rooms with unique shapes. This effort was vital in achieving a unified aesthetic throughout the building.
Luxurious Meeting Room: Featuring an ultra-luxurious table by William Hands. Crafted from fumed dark oak with curved ends and chamfered edges, the table's top is specially made from Dekton tile in "Laos," offering a textured appearance with subtle grey veining. This table isn't just a piece of furniture but a statement of sophistication, fully equipped with concealed power, data, and AV connections in a soft-closing containment finished in a matching stone look.
Chair Selection: Complementing the table, the chairs are upholstered in gold-yellow leather, selected by the architect (Horan’s Rainford) to contrast beautifully with the table while harmonising with the room’s bespoke wall finishes.
