Overview

Radius Connect are NI largest independent telecoms specialist, bringing together its Fuel Card and Telematics divisions for a new era of growth and expansion.

Located in the iconic ‘Clarendon Dock’ Area of Belfast’s waterside, this new Belfast Hub is the new base for Radius Payment Solutions largest office outside its headquarters in Crewe, England.

This new facility houses over 100 employees, with a mix of executive offices, meeting rooms, workstations clustered in teams, breakout areas and agile touch down facilities.

‘Alpha’ were briefed to create a relaxing staff breakout area located on the top floor of the waterside building overlooking the Clarendon Dock.

The Alpha Design and Contracts teams worked closely with both landlord and the local building control department to deliver a total turn-key project which included full furniture supply and installation.

Alpha totally refurbished the building, upgrading LED lighting, full AC + Ventilation, integration of existing heating system, forming new glazed meeting rooms with integrated AV, kitchens, tea points, carpets, decoration, speed gates, interior and exterior illuminated signage + data and IT coms room.
