Project Scope:

Strategic Power envisioned a space that not only merges professional and contemporary elements but also recognises their desire to maintain a natural environment that reflects their business and clients.

We transformed this space from a blank canvas to an open plan layout that allows for maximum use of all the natural light from their beautiful location in the heart of Belfast,

Furnishing Details:

The open plan Cat A layout has been broken up into many different areas with stunning glass panelling to keep the bright, open feeling throughout.

The reception area is enough to make a lasting impression for anyone who walks in. Designed with natural accents reflecting the companies values, comfortable seating for guests and subtle company branding.

The collaboration tables and breakout areas allow the staff to engage in different ways of working. Creating a multifunctional breakout and canteen area can serve as a space for informal meetings, relaxation, and dining. The new area is inviting and comfortable, with a variety of seating options, a kitchenette, and entertainment amenities.

The new spacious boardroom is equipped with screen for conferencing and presentations and can comfortably seat 10 people. The contemporary design fosters a professional atmosphere for meetings and acts as a central hub for important business activites.

The wider open plan desking area helps encourage collaboration and communication among staff. The area has been configured with screens, ergonomic chairs and a feature wall reflecting the core value of the business: sustainability.

The executive office includes premium furniture, ample storage, and an informal meeting table to accommodate small, private meetings while maintaining a sophisticated look. A similar style was used for the two smaller offices, to ensure fluidity throughout.
